If you want to build these important/complicated structures this is the place for you. Their reputation is second to none in the industry. This is a very large organization. You have the financial backing of a large and established organization that will allow you to compete for just about every project. On the other hand, they are also very autonomous in the way they work by geographic region. Culture is very important. If you show some initiative and someone in middle to upper management takes an interest in developing your skills, you will be able to advance through the ranks and be able to be work in any facet of the construction industry.
Cons
This is a very large organization and it can be easy to get lost in. You have to play the corporate and political game if you want to advance through the ranks. However, this is the reality of any large organization such as this. If you don't buy into the culture, and this is just a job, then this is not the place for you. There is so many easier ways of making a living.
