Pros

I made some life long friends working for this company, as well as acquired industry-related skills. The salaries are good, and you receive nice annual raises.

Cons

you receive a good salary and benefit plan. however, if you figure in all of the hours you work daily (sometimes 6-7 days a week), you will find that you are not making what you think. If you attempt to leave after a 9 hour shift, people will look down upon you. everyone speaks about the impressive retirement program. granted - it is nice, but personally, what about all of the years in between? shouldn't you be allowed the time to enjoy those as well? Years to retirement are many, when you're working 12+ hrs a day, 6-7 days a week.
