Pros

Working as a marketing & PR associate for Herbsmith has been my first job post-college, and I can't believe how incredibly grateful I am to work for such an amazing company with such amazing people! I am constantly challenged to learn new skills and grow within the company, even taking on some management responsibilities. Every colleague is so helpful, and we all support each other to reach a common goal--providing the best for our customers' pets. I wake up every morning excited to go to work and look forward to the new opportunities for me to grow in my position in the future.

Cons

I can't think of any!

Pros

I worked at Herbsmith for almost a year and genuinely enjoyed my time there. The team is welcoming, supportive, and passionate about the company's mission. If you put your heart into your work, you'll feel right at home. The culture is positive and engaging, with activities like card games and potlucks that help bring people together. Everyone is approachable and willing to help one another succeed. One of the things I appreciated most was the opportunity to learn and grow. There was always someone willing to share knowledge or offer guidance. Employees are encouraged to share ideas and feedback, and leadership is open to suggestions that can help improve the company. Overall, Herbsmith is a great place to work if you're looking for a collaborative environment where you can learn, contribute, and enjoy working with your team.

Cons

There are none to be honest.

Cons

Micro managing, not as open to feedback as they portrayed, considers collaborating with other workers gossip, low pay, high workload, no PTO, no benefits, disorganized, constant issues
