If you put your heart into your work, you'll feel right at home. The culture is positive and engaging, with activities like card games and potlucks that help bring people together. Everyone is approachable and willing to help one another succeed. One of the things I appreciated most was the opportunity to learn and grow. There was always someone willing to share knowledge or offer guidance. Employees are encouraged to share ideas and feedback, and leadership is open to suggestions that can help improve the company.
