      Good coworkers in service department, service manager leaves you to work on equipment and doesnt bother you unnecessarily

      Cons

      Hard to fire worthless people, front counter is useless and won't be a team player, you get alot of emergency needs because of counter people not letting the shop know what they need for the week, front counter will try to send broken equipment because "it shouldn't of been available"

      Able to learn the basics of the company through Herc University. Ride alongs with TSR, road tech, and drivers. Guaranteed sala positions after completion of the program

      No complaint from me, position has been everything I have expected and more!

      Easy job. they can't fire you as long as you show up.

      Cons

      used to be a great company, now its all politics. The same people will be promoted 5 times before you're even looked at. It takes you 2-3 days for any type of leadership to respond to an urgent request. You have to ask the outside sales reps multiple times for quotes.
