      Pros

      great company to work for, great benefits, i cant speak for other branches but the one jackson ms branch has a very compacionate management team, willing to help train you in areas your not familiar with. best company ive worked for, corperate management listens to your needs as well. company likes to hire within so moving up is highly likely.

      Cons

      the only downside is you will never leave and will retire with the company so if that isnt your goal it may not be for you.

      Able to learn the basics of the company through Herc University. Ride alongs with TSR, road tech, and drivers. Guaranteed sala positions after completion of the program

      No complaint from me, position has been everything I have expected and more!

      I have to add five words but there are none

      Low pay for the position and all the added responsibilities super KPI driven if you miss a metric they don’t care even if you have valid reasons. Short staffed and not will to hire more help hence putting more on employees also don’t rent here shady business practices
