      Company truly cares about their employees as more than just workers. Relaxed work environment that promotes cooperation between teams. Low stress environment with lots of room for both independent and group work.

      Cons

      Cubicle environment can make getting a team discussion without bothering others a challenge at times.

      Able to learn the basics of the company through Herc University. Ride alongs with TSR, road tech, and drivers. Guaranteed sala positions after completion of the program

      No complaint from me, position has been everything I have expected and more!

      I have to add five words but there are none

      Low pay for the position and all the added responsibilities super KPI driven if you miss a metric they don’t care even if you have valid reasons. Short staffed and not will to hire more help hence putting more on employees also don’t rent here shady business practices
