      Unfortunately there are no pros other than compensation to working at Herc Rentals in Tupelo Mississippi.

      Cons

      Micromanagement from a new manager who's never had a management role or any training Daily harassment from co workers Bullying- constant bullying from management Poor Communication- lack of open transparent communication. Management has a group chat with his buddies within the team. Favoritism- Management would show favoritism to his buddies within the team for promotions, assignments and recognition to higher ups. Lack of Career Development Opportunities - This is most important! As mentioned with favoritism, Management will only promote and recognize his buddies leaving others in the dark. Resistance to change - Management is not open to any ideas from team.

      Able to learn the basics of the company through Herc University. Ride alongs with TSR, road tech, and drivers. Guaranteed sala positions after completion of the program

      No complaint from me, position has been everything I have expected and more!

      There are absolutely no pros to working here

      Cons

      The worst place I’ve ever worked. Management is completely disengaged and cares nothing about making the business run smooth, and sure not about employee satisfaction. The Director is the most condescending person I’ve ever met in my life, and casts a dark shadow over the entire department. Nothing is done about it. Job security? You won’t have that here. It’s like Survivor, every week someone else gets voted off. Avoid this place like the plague
