      Pros

      I thouroughly enjoy what I do everyday and love the people I get to work with. Management is great on my team and I am given ample opportunities to show responsibility.

      Cons

      Sometimes Seniority seems to come into play. Not that they don’t deserve it, but that it’s more seniority in the team rather than company experience as a whole.

      Able to learn the basics of the company through Herc University. Ride alongs with TSR, road tech, and drivers. Guaranteed sala positions after completion of the program

      No complaint from me, position has been everything I have expected and more!

      Pros

      Easy job. they can't fire you as long as you show up.

      Cons

      used to be a great company, now its all politics. The same people will be promoted 5 times before you're even looked at. It takes you 2-3 days for any type of leadership to respond to an urgent request. You have to ask the outside sales reps multiple times for quotes.
