Pros
You will learn how badly employees can be treated, which will help with perspective at other jobs.
Cons
Management doesn't care about its employees. Bad workers are treated better than the good ones, because they're allowed to get away with it while the people who do their jobs are taken advantage of, doing all the work the slackers don't. You will make the bare minimum salary of the field, and will need a second job to support yourself, while management makes 4 times as much and constantly take vacations. You have no sick time, it's all lumped in with your 2 weeks of PTO, which you don't get the beginning of every year, you have to earn your time off 3 hours a time, every pay period. They offer overtime but try as hard as possible to not give it to anyone, unless it's one of the many many times they're completely understaffed. If you're earning overtime, you're doing the job of 3 people, guaranteed. This place is a perfect representation of how to manage a business as incorrectly as possible .
