Pros

Orchard Pointe at Arrowhead is amazing. The property is beautiful and the residents are wonderful. The best thing about working here is the staff. From the kitchen staff to caregivers to housekeeping everyone is happy, smiling, friendly, and love working here. It is a joy to come to work everyday and being surrounded by residents and staff who are just overjoyed to be here. Love the company and the property!
