Thank you for your honest feedback. We agree that our culture is a critical part of Heritage Communities, and we would never want to see that fade away. Thank you for sharing how important this piece is to you. It is to us too! We have implemented company-wide meetings that focus on this exact topic. We are discussing issues at the building level, as well as the organizational level, which include maintaining our culture. Through these meetings, we're able to spend time identifying and discussing root issues of any challenges. While it's easy to jump quickly to solutions, with practice, we're refining our approach which allows us to spend more time on strategy rather than moving quickly to fixing. We have started seeing great changes, and hope you've seen them as well since this review was posted!
