I'm very sorry to hear that you feel this way. We in no way abuse people during our interview process. We do have a lengthy interview process which is known by all employees of the company and is communicated to all candidates right away during the interview process. This process is in place not only to benefit us as a company in getting to know the candidate better, but also for them in order to meet more people, get a feel for the company and job responsibilities in order to be sure it's the right fit for them! Yes we do have all applicants take an assessment test, but that in no way determines if the candidate moves forward in the interview process. It is simply used in the initial interview as a resource in order to gain more knowledge about the candidate. I absolutely encourage you to come speak to us in the People & Culture (HR) Department or with leadership if you feel certain managers are not living out our values, or even to speak more with us in regards to suggestions for the interview process.
