Worst place I have ever worked - Customer Service Heritage Home Service Employee Review

ALmost too many to list. Spoiled and entitled management mostly because they were given jobs by mom and dad. You are bullied by other employees, treated like a baby by management, spoken to like a child, and given no freedom to be yourself, express yourself, or speak up. Massive cronyism and favoritism. In a long career it's honestly the most supremely awful place I have ever had the displeasure of being employed at. The techs are nice and all, but are trained to upsell and offer items not needed. The most common complaint from customers is/was price gouging. The negative reviews on other sites receive scripted responses from underpaid employees, not management - as I am sure this one will as well - we're so sorry you feel this way etc. Do yourself a favor and stay far away. Truly a horrid place to work.
