Pros

Weekly pay. Charitable work within the community that was brought about by the owners.

Cons

Management are bullies. Members of family who have no qualifications still somehow end up in management positions. The majority (not all, but most) of the office employees are two faced. They offer no training, yet reprimand you if you did something wrong. You become afraid to take a day off because they may try to plot how to fire you. Individuals with high work loads are grossly underpaid whereas technicians get $5 raises like money grows on trees. They fire people because they are so unqualified in their jobs they don’t know how to handle any situation. They make promises and then never act on them. Certain members of management are blatantly sexist and treat the women in the office like an episode of Mad Men. The place is an extremely hostile work environment, multiple individuals showed signs of emotional abuse.
