Business Outlook
Pros
Heritage not only offers competitive pay and benefits, including health, vision, dental, AD&D, and profit sharing to name a few, but the personnel and work environment are second to none. Everyone is kind and helpful and desires to make this workplace exceptional. We work in an individual small team setting for the office work but we are also one large team as well and will help out each other when needed.
Cons
It is hard for me to come up with a con for working here. I really don't see one! I work remotely which is a bonus for me but unfortunately, I do not have the ability to meet or see my coworkers in person on a regular basis.
