Pros
Heritage treats all employees with respect, kindness, support, and encouragement. I've worked at some of the largest companies in the country and none of them come anywhere near the environment of Heritage. The culture is unbeatable. Pay and benefits are both above average. Management truly cares in a sincere fashion. There's never a feeling of fake/corporate agendas. You get to legitimately help people every single day and it's incredibly rewarding.
Cons
There's a lot to learn, but again, you will be supported, NOT pressured. It's hard to call it a con even.
