Everything. Incompetent management. Unqualified individuals in positions they have no business being in. Communication. Pricing. Attention to detail. They flat out ignore problems here. You have to do three things to accomplish one task. They’re also owned by a private equity firm in California so you’re not even working for heritage or apex. You’re working for a board of directors that only care about increasing private stock value for their share holders. Completely out of touch with the needs of the local community.
