Honest, transparent staff, helps you to understand the industry needs, helps in enhancing the skills. Young, collaborative environment with lots to learn and many ways to grow in your career. They treat employees as a family and will always be there to help. One can always count on them.

Cons

Can't really think of any. Like any rapidly growing organization - there are always done growing pains

Management responses are quick for employee needs.. Well documented immigration process.. Get paid on time , Good pay and Good people to work for..

Cons

Health benefits are kind of expensive but the coverage is good, apart from that nothing but great company to work

Pros

Great company with exceptional training and mentoring program. The Marketing Team is a closely knitted and interactive team that works for best effort service delivery with proactive market monitoring and analysis. They also work very closely with the Mentoring team that provides quality guidance on career choices. The Training team is very experienced with certifications covering both Managerial and IT service, technologies.

Cons

The training sometimes can get a little too high level if the background and foundation is not well built (From my experience)
