Pros
Srinivas Garu is an excellent person to work with. He is very accomodating, and understanding, prioritizes the employees needs, easily accessible. The staff is excellent with a very proficient sales team and a professional HR team. Hermitage allows an open door policy and its been a pleasure working with this team for the past 10 years.
Cons
Feel too pampered and that has spoilt me...I guess it will be tough to move on to any other employer.
