Pros
Company car and cant really think of anything else, considering that they will only cover employees during working hours???
Cons
Management salary low with opportunity for Bonuses.... which could and will change at anytime. Year after year, incentives have gone down. High turnover from front line employees. Upper management suffers from a never ending optimistic hope that some day thing will get better. As bonus plans are changed day before quarter ends, everyone has learned to just accept any changes regardless of how much we have given up already. Company has taken the approach that there is always someone willing to take over your position and stopped caring about their staff.
