Pros
There are really no good reasons.
Cons
First off you don't need a college degree to work a counter at a Hertz location. Second having a degree should mean you get paid accordingly not a dollar more an hour as I was told in my interview. That's laughable really. Commission structure was based on overall interactions with customers not on what you actually sold. I have never worked for a company that factored in all customers you interacted with when calculating your payout. I could understand a payout based on actual sales and then reflect on your sale to customer ratio but that's not how it was. They then took away the commission all together and pay didn't increase very much. The managers that I encountered while working there also were only in their position because they were willing to put up with a pathetic company longer than anyone else. Need to stay up with technology and have managers that are actually trying to better the company and not just skate by until they hit retirement.
