Cons
-Vacation Policy based on Seniority... But We're salaried Managers. -Training is Definitely "Trial by Fire". -Senior Management always backs up hourly employees instead of local management. -Incentives are non existent, especially when you have Service Attendants making bigger monthly bonus incentive than your quarterly. -Impossible to take time off, switch days, or ask for a weekend off. -Newer managers get stuck on second shift and weekends -Tuesday Wed is the new weekend off
