Pros
Hertz has a training program that allows employees to move up in the company quickly. You can become a branch manager in as little as 90 days. The bonus plan as well as vacation days are generous (more than most companies.) In training, they prepare you for real life situations and support you all along the way. I have been very pleased with my experience at Hertz.
Cons
Sometimes the days can get long with customers, but again, Hertz has a rigorous training program that equips everyone on how to deal with difficult customers. Since customer service is a priority with Hertz, they make sure everyone knows how to handle situations professionally.
