Metrics and management are Terrible...... They go low ball insurance partners and expect counter reps to sell our insurance and products to customers to make money. Should negotiate on are great customer service on daily rates to insurance partners to make money. They only promote sales people that have good numbers and most are fraud. They end up getting fired at the next level.
