Pros
1. Flexibility - I love being trusted to do what I need to, in the time that I need to when operating in office or remote. 2. Product - Our product is extremely high quality which means it is very sticky and our retention rates are very high. It is such a fun product, intuitive to use, easy to understand. Clients are extremely satisfied which makes my job rewarding. 3. People - We hire brilliant talent, the best of the best, this means there is always so much you can learn from others, collaboration is fun and we are constantly pushing the bar! 4. Leadership and communication - Leadership is very strong at the company and transparency in leadership is very good. We have monthly all-hands meetings so that everyone in the business is aware of what is going on and what we are striving towards. Results from our engagement surveys are presented and discussed with the company and in breakout teams. 5. We drink our own merlot - Meaning we use our own platform to deliver all key HR initiatives, performance reviews, compensations reviews, engagement surveys, you name it!
Cons
I can't think of any! As a general, any challenges or troubleshooting can be directly fed back to HR or anonymously in our company surveys and I am confident they are listened to and addressed.
