Our commission structures are based on a fair and equitable model. A reality of being part of a sales team is that sales targets are often challenging and based on larger organisational goals and market dynamics.
Hiring and letting people go isn’t easy, and it’s not what any company, let alone HiBob does, without understanding exactly what the determining factors are that led to each decision. Fit is an important part of building strong teams and a strong business. It does, however, happen that fit is something that must be tried and tested before finding what works best for all concerned.
