This company does not value creatives. Micromanagers and just straight up mean people in management who will talk down to you, over work you and then ask why you are stressed because you aren’t doing enough anyway. Unrealistic expectations and old school
Fear mongering management style. Literal tears were shed and no sympathy was given. Work here if you want to be overworked, under appreciated and underpaid with no growth opportunities. This place is a revolving door of creatives, and for a good reason. You will be given more and more work but still told you are not doing enough. Stay away from this place and find somewhere that values creatives and work life balance and has management that isn’t stuck in the old school “live to work” attitude.
