Pros
A company that treats you as a person and wants you to succeed. The best people I have ever worked with in my career. Growing but still has the family values.
Cons
With growth comes some challenges. The entire company and alls its acquisitions, need to all get on the same page with policies and procedures in every department. Producers personally are the absolute worst I have ever worked with at remembering that their team help gets them where they are today. Appreciate your team! Higginbotham appreciates and compensates them so share that appreciation.
