Pros
This agency has fantastic people. The producers, account managers, and support staff are all friendly. Some of the most intelligent insurance people work here. Employees help each other a lot. The hybrid work schedule is nice. They also pay for CE and designations, which is wonderful.
Cons
There is no opportunity for advancement, so the position for which you were hired is where you will stay while there. There is also a lack of employee mentoring. Management will promise things in the interview that the agency will never deliver. If you are looking for an agency that does not offer promotion opportunities, then this is the place for you.
