      Pros

      Professional and efficient employees who work as a team. Good comradery among lower level employees.

      Cons

      Many employees have not had a raise in 5 to 10 years. Employees have trouble paying their bills while upper levels of company spend money on extravagant things for public acknowledgement. There is nepotism. Any bonuses and promotions go to executive family members first.

      Pros

      Love that my manager is amazing and allows me to complete my work with micromanagement. She is also flexible and always there to support.

      Cons

      No cons really, they are a very great company to work for.

      Supportive environment especially if you are new to sales.

      Cons

      Do not provide any type of reimbursement for milage or taking a client/prospect out. Also, extremely unclear on how the prospecting ownership is skewed with no real guide lines for prospect ownership.
