      Higginbotham truly is a family of employees and make you feel this way immediately upon hire.

      I can't really think of too many cons. To some, going in the office would be a con but it helps to promote collaboration.

      Love that my manager is amazing and allows me to complete my work with micromanagement. She is also flexible and always there to support.
