      Pros

      Great nice office, amenities, group activities, PTO, not much micro managing

      Cons

      Constantly doing more than one job for no additional pay (handling at least 2 books at a time), high expectations with more volume than one can handle and not enough budget to hire enough people to handle the load. No changes with high turnover. Lack of accountability and annual reviews/increase. Only can grow if you know someone/have family within Higg. Very quantity over quality and corporate.

      Pros

      Love that my manager is amazing and allows me to complete my work with micromanagement. She is also flexible and always there to support.

      Cons

      No cons really, they are a very great company to work for.

      Supportive environment especially if you are new to sales.

      Cons

      Do not provide any type of reimbursement for milage or taking a client/prospect out. Also, extremely unclear on how the prospecting ownership is skewed with no real guide lines for prospect ownership.
