Pros

- Loved the account managers and the team I worked with. I learned a lot from them - Supervisor knew the job and took the time to coach, mentor and help me with complex issues - Hybrid Work Schedule

Cons

- I handled more accounts and got paid the same as other peers working for other agencies - High turnover and the best two leaders we had quit within a month of each other - Two of the older producers are challenging to work with and they are not coached on their behaviors so nothing changes

Pros

Love that my manager is amazing and allows me to complete my work with micromanagement. She is also flexible and always there to support.

Cons

No cons really, they are a very great company to work for.

Pros

Supportive environment especially if you are new to sales.

Cons

Do not provide any type of reimbursement for milage or taking a client/prospect out. Also, extremely unclear on how the prospecting ownership is skewed with no real guide lines for prospect ownership.
