Five-day teaching schedule leaves little time for planning

Tons of corporate politics/gossip, management will prevent you from moving to other roles for their benefit even if you qualify and the hiring manager intended to hire you. One of the lowest paying universities despite how "wealthy" their brand is. You will be servicing a majority of entitled students & their families so prepare to be emotionally drained. If you care to actually fix problems and make a real impact, this place is not for you. Everyone is just a hamster running on wheel thats going no where. Prejudice & Micro aggressions run rampant here.
