      Pros

      Ability to work with lots of technologies and have input on project initiatives.

      Cons

      Much lower pay than industry average. Unable to work remotely even though there is no justifiable reason why. We could easily have a hybrid schedule, but upper management does not view hybrid or remote work positively.

      Amazing colleagues across all schools

      Cons

      administration cares ZERO PERCENT for faculty and staff, as well as students, once they get them on campus as freshman. Pay is ridiculously low and we can’t hire new people because of it.
