Working at Higher Ground Education has been a dream come true for me. Everyday I'm excited to wake up in the morning to get to work, and I drive home at the end of the day feeling both energized and fulfilled. My colleagues are the most passionate, intelligent, and supportive people I've ever met, with everyone bringing out the best in each other. The mission of the organization—to make a profound impact on the lives of children through the power of Montessori—is palpable in every interaction. We're doing something that has never been done before, and I love the creativity everyone brings to tackling challenges. I've learned so much just in my short time here, and it's incredibly satisfying to see how my skills and expertise are growing each day. I can't imagine a more inspiring place to be!

There is nothing about working at Higher Ground that is a "con" for me. But it is a quick-paced start-up environment that has ambitious goals, and that might not be for everyone.
