Truly terrible company and leader - Anonymous employee Higher Ground Education Employee Review

We wholeheartedly support the intent of Glassdoor, which is to allow actual current or former employees to anonymously submit feedback about their professional experience working at Higher Ground. False reviews compromise this admirable purpose, so our team is disappointed to see someone who has never worked at Higher Ground pretending to give feedback. We know this person doesn’t work for Higher Ground because we have seen a similar statement posted by a few individuals who are not and have not been employed by Higher Ground on another (non-anonymous) forum. We suspect that this small group has a personal vendetta and that they are fraudulently using Glassdoor and other platforms for defamatory purposes. We encourage you to independently judge this review and the extent to which Higher Ground's culture truly is what we all claim, and whether it is plausible that someone so disgruntled with the entire team (as this reviewer claims to be) could be engaged in such wholesale faking of enthusiasm on a day to day basis with our small team. We understand that not everyone agrees with our vision, or wishes to join us or support us. That's ok. We're here trying to do great work in service of a mission we believe in, and we’re eager to bring on the many, many fellow travelers who do agree.
