Cons
Trust me when I say, don't work here. I began working there and became pregnant before my 1-year mark and was told I would have to "show my worth" to my manager for them to give me maternity leave and guarantee they wouldn't fire me. They wanted me to be an interim head of school with no school/Montessori experience whatsoever. Several of the heads of schools don't have any Montessori education. My child was in the school and regularly was sobbing even though in other childcares, they never cried. The schools are poorly ran, have extremely short turn arounds of leadership, and management just talks poorly of their employees behind their back making jokes over how they would never even consider employees for promotions despite their growth. It's a horrible place to work. Zero work life balance at all and you are thought of as less for not answering outside of work hours.
