Hard to find pros for this company. They are growing rapidly so there are increasing opportunities? If you are a competitive workaholic you may very well thrive here.

Cons

Management is continually increasing the workload but does not provide the resources necessary to meet it. They balances cost savings on the backs of the managers, who are expected to do whatever it takes to get the job done despite systems that routinely crash. There is a great deal of favoritism and they motivate solely through appealing to one’s sense of competition.

Overstepping and Mixed Messaging from VP's and Leadership Management Bullying is very mainstream and Accepted No Recognition or Open talk about positive Changes to department. There's a Constant overall feeling of being on the chopping block. Absolutely no life/family/career balance, you will get calls at all hours of the night/weekends. Too many PEOPLE ARE INVOLVED IN ALL ASPECTS OF THE JOB. REPORTS. REPORTS. REPORTS. Forget trying to sell.
