Working for Highgate Hotels has helped develop my professional business skills as well as my personal life skills because of the constant challenge to raise the bar and strive for better systems/services. This is a fast growing hotel company that still maintains the "personal touch". It's not often that you find such a large company where the Principals, COO and VP's still remember who is out in the field and value their contributions and encourage further development and growth. Very fast paced environment. You will never be bored.
Cons
Rapid growth is a positive and at times can also be a negative. The growth has been phenomenal, but it has moved so quickly that training programs and on-boarding have not been able to keep up. That being said, I do commend Highgate for acknowledging that this is a challenge and putting into motion action plans to improve upon this.
