      Pros

      They are very guest service and team satisfaction oriented!! I have not had an issue with the hours that I work because I am allowed to have off the time I need for Family and Friends. I work with the best team in my areas and enjoy working each day.

      Cons

      Some Management are incapable of doing their jobs, whether through lack of experience or not willingness to learn. Highgate does offer the training aspect the these people need to succeed. It is more of a personal issue not a company training issue!!

      Great Pay Select Few Well Intentioned VP's and Regionals.

      Overstepping and Mixed Messaging from VP's and Leadership Management Bullying is very mainstream and Accepted No Recognition or Open talk about positive Changes to department. There's a Constant overall feeling of being on the chopping block. Absolutely no life/family/career balance, you will get calls at all hours of the night/weekends. Too many PEOPLE ARE INVOLVED IN ALL ASPECTS OF THE JOB. REPORTS. REPORTS. REPORTS. Forget trying to sell.
