Pros
I have been working with Highgate for just a year and so far I truly do enjoy it. The team we work with are practically like family. The amount of growth that I have seen not just within myself but my peers is incredible. Highgate is constantly growing so opportunities are everywhere,. This is not a company where you will stay stagnant if you do not want to. Also, due to the amount of properties Highgate has there are opportunities all over the country! If you're looking for a chance to develop and move up in your career I highly recommend Highgate. I definitely see myself staying with Highgate for a very long time.
Cons
I do find myself working longer hours than usual at times to make sure I get everything done- But this has also helped me learn to have better time management. Also I wish the employee benefits were better, I used to work with Hilton and I do miss that Team Member Travel Program.
