There's a Constant overall feeling of being on the chopping block. Absolutely no life/family/career balance, you will get calls at all hours of the night/weekends. Too many PEOPLE ARE INVOLVED IN ALL ASPECTS OF THE JOB. REPORTS. REPORTS. REPORTS. Forget trying to sell.
