Pros
I really enjoyed my time at Roseville Courtyard 1. But I must admit that I back that by saying that they have the right people in the right seat on the bus for lack of a better analogy. The management team at CY1 is probably some of the best people I have ever worked for. Probably the only job I have ever had where I didn't dread coming in every day. And that was 100% due to the management team. People who actually care about you as a person and not just another minion to point a finger at and say go do this. There wasn't a single thing they would ask us to do that they wouldn't jump in and do themselves.
Cons
Highgate corporate I found made several very questionable decisions that put on site management in a very hard place pretty regularly.
