Pros

The one bright spot is my direct team, the people on the ground who show up every day, despite how challenging it can be. We support each other because we have to. Many of us stay for the clients and NOT for the company. But even then, team morale is low.

Cons

Leadership is completely disconnected from reality. Decisions are made without any input from the people who actually do the work, or it's just ignored all together. Upper management is condescending, avoidant, and far more interested in protecting their profit margins than in prioritizing ethical care or the staffs well being. The company claims to value equity, yet pays highly experienced, loyal employees the same as brand new hires with zero qualifications. “Equitable” in this context is truly just code for “underpaid across the board.” And yet, despite the incredibly high turnover and burnout, leadership shows no sense of urgency or accountability. They just continue hiring underqualified individuals and expect experienced staff to carry the load for the same pay. There is little to no ownership when things go wrong. Ethical concerns are ignored or just swept away. Clients come last in a poorly managed structure like this.

Pros

None other than when some good people stand up for whats right.

Cons

Three years ago this place was amazing, after two years it started slowly slipping, when the new DO took over it completely dropped. To many reports of verbal and physical abuse being reported and swepted under the rug. Think twice before taking your children there. Management cares more about personal relationships than their job titles. When children act scared of certain employees and scared for someone to come toward them then they aren't safe. DO YOUR RESEARCH. Petition is out to have them shut down. Take under consideration.
