Pros
I love my job , team and students! You get to work with people who truly want to work at Highline, who choose to work here at the community college to uplift our communities. This is the most diverse college in WA state and has incredibly diverse leaders/values. Benefits package is good for exempt employees.
Cons
The con is that wages are ridiculously low for Seattle/Washington area cost of living. The salary is on the border line for qualifying for low income housing. It is nearly impossible to save money with the salary after all taxes/deductions.
