Pros

1) Good job security 2)Training is great 3)Structure and policy is very white ad black, you shouldn't ever have question on if something is okay or not. 4)Always room for advancement!

Cons

1) Only truly closed 4 days in the entire year, not giving employees time to be with their family/children. 2)Open Sundays. 3)Open 9-6 in winter hours so showing in the dark is considered acceptable. 4)No Christmas Bonus/Holiday Parties to look forward to

Thanks for taking the time to review and for the feedback. We do strive to give associates time for themselves and family but know that it can be difficult to stagger schedules through the holidays as we strive to be available for our residents as well. For the comment regarding 9-6 hours, it is our policy that we do not tour after dusk - as soon as the sun starts setting, tours should not be conducted. Please consult with your Regional Manager or Regional Training and Marketing Director on this and for assistance with other options on scheduling associates. Pros

Great benefits which now include Hospital Indemnity, Critical Illness, and Pet Insurance, discount on rent living on-site, great co-workers, and a great Regional team that keeps the company's mission at the forefront of everything they do.

Cons

Sometimes it can seem difficult navigating resident issues but truthfully the support we get from management makes this so much easier.

Pros

Great people, strong support from leadership, and opportunities for growth. I have been with Highmark for 22 years and have had the opportunity to advance from Maintenance Supervisor to Project Manager. The company values teamwork and promotes from within whenever possible.

Cons

Like any growing company, priorities and processes can change quickly, which requires flexibility and adaptability.
