Highmark took over my property about 5 months ago. The transition was very smooth and I have been through alot of transitions. ALL the local properties sent welcome packages with all sorts of goodies to all the new sites that were taken over to make sure we felt welcomed. I have loved every person I have met. Everyone at corporate goes out of their way to introduce themselves to all the newbies and have been super nice. Even though they are new to Affordable/Tax Credit they are quick to address the questions and concerns and always adjust accordingly. The benefits are excellent. The compensation/bonus structure supersedes my last two, no make that three companies. I am so glad that Highmark took over my property. I couldn't have asked for a better company to work for!
Cons
New to tax credit/affordable housing industry. However, they have been on top of every question raised and do what is necessary to get an answer quickly. They are learning quickly!
