The only pro for this company is the rental discount and you can get that at almost any property management company. Not worth it.
Cons
This company has no compassion, no morals, and no core values. They abuse their residents and keep them quiet with NDAs when they sue or threat legal action. The managers / regionals act like they were never cool in high school and because they are in the position of power now, they bully and belittle you. Even after no longer working there, they continue to talk about me and say false things. They create work schedules shorter than 40 hours and require you to miss lunch breaks or stay late each week to ensure you hit your hours. If you don’t hit your hours, you go on a naughty list and they will take the missing hours from your PTO/Sick time.
