      The firm is managed really well with a strong culture of helping and supporting employees to succeed in their roles. The management team is engaged and accessible if access is needed. The firms vision and mission is reinforced on a consistent basis.

      The new employee onboarding process and training could be enhanced to go deeper on resources and platform training.

      Flexible PTO, good healthcare and maternity/paternity leave plans, inflation raise each year with a bonus dependent on company profits. Supportive and friendly staff.

      Cons

      Mostly in-office work with one WFH day. Not many raise opportunities past the one each year to account for inflation.
